Today's meetings, in your menu bar.

A tiny app that shows your next meeting in the menu bar, with one-click Join, Held / No-show, follow-up drafts, and Copy availability (⌃⌥A) from anywhere.

Install

  1. Open the downloaded Held.zip. It unpacks to Held.app.
  2. Drag Held.app into your Applications folder, then open it.
  3. The first time, macOS asks whether to open an app downloaded from the internet. Click Open. Held is signed and notarized by Apple.
  4. Click the ghost in your menu bar, then Sign in with Held. Your browser opens, you click Connect this Mac, and you're done.

Copy your availability without opening anything

The app only talks to meetheld.app with your personal token. It can read your schedule, mark meetings, and draft emails. It can't send anything. Revoke the token any time from Connections.
